The American Heart Association's premier event is the Heart Walk, which raises funds to save lives from this country's Number 1 and Number 5 killers - heart disease and stroke. We've teamed up with the American Heart Association to create this limited edition 2025 American Heart Association KC Heart T-Shirt to help raise funds for this special cause.
